C3 reserves the right not to publish details if the CV / details are not deemed to be within the site profile.
C3 is not liable for the validity of information provided in Freelancer or Jobseeker profiles or CVs.
C3 is not liable for the validity of any job offer which may arise from hosting your profile or CV on this site.
Candidates:
By uploading your profile / CV you consent for your details to be
published on this website; you have a choice to whether your contact details are
viewable by recruiters or whether recruiters
details are sent to you.
You should never need to provide bank details / financial information or to make payment when applying for a job.
Recruiters
By accessing a profile / CV you are granted a one-time right to view the
candidates information for use in association with potential job offers
only. This information is not to be used for any other purpose neither
is it to be held for future use and C3 reserves the right to cancel
your registration at any time.
Privacy Policy:
We were, are and will continue to be registered with the UK's official Data Protection Registrar. In addition, C3 will:
a. Follow the Guidelines set out by the Data Protection Agency.
You can ask for a copy of your record on our database, which will be deleted upon request or 6 weeks since your last log-in.
b. Hold the minimum of information about you.
We cannot send you any information without knowing your name, postal
address and / or email address. A phone number is very helpful just in
case there is ever a problem
and we need to talk.
c. Hold your credit / debit card details on paper only and not on any computer.
Your credit / debit details are in hard copy only, unavailable to
computer hackers, with the exception of our webshop which is externally
managed by WorldPay and PayPal, please
see their terms and conditions. Candidates please remember that this
service is free to use and that you should never need to provide bank
details or make payment of any sort
when applying for a job.
d. Send you only solicited mail, email, faxes or texts.
We will not swamp you with unsolicited junk mail, junk faxes nor emailed 'spam'.
e. Use a reputable web host with secure server software for our online payment options.
Your credit / debit card details will be encrypted while in transit and so as secure as possible.

Limit of C3 Liability
The maximum amount of our liability is reimbursement of the order value.
Payment of accounts:
Payment terms are 30 days nett. Under the terms of the Late Payment of
Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, we reserve the right to charge
interest on overdue accounts
set at 8% above the Bank of England base lending rate.
If you wish to query a C3 invoice you must raise the query with C3
within 15 days of the date of the invoice. Any query must quote the
relevant invoice number.
Force majeure
Neither party hereto shall be liable for any breach of its obligations
hereunder resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control including
but not limited to fires strike (of its own
or other employees) insurrection or riots embargoes container
shortages wrecks or delays in transportation inability to obtain
supplies and raw materials requirements or regulations
of any civil or military authority (an 'Event of Force Majeure').
Each of the parties hereto agrees to give notice forthwith to the
other upon becoming aware of an Event of Force Majeure such notices to
contain details of the circumstances
giving rise to the Event of Force Majeure.
If a default due to an Event of Force Majeure shall continue for more
than 6 weeks then the party not in default shall be entitled to
terminate this agreement. Neither party shall have
any liability to the other in respect of the termination of this
agreement as a result of an Event of Force Majeure.
